I want to disable for user possibility to add new user except from his group. And i want to configure the openfire server if it’s possible

there is a “Subscription” plugin which allows to reject subscription requests. Anyhow it’s still possible to start a direct chat with a random user.
So maybe the “Packet Filter” is the plugin you want to use.
