How to disable Conference plugin in spark

From ConferenceServices I found it says:

“Conference plugin is reponsible for the initial loading of MultiUser Chat support. To disable plugin,

you can remove from the plugins.xml file located in the classpath of Communicator.”

But where is the plugins.xml file?

Ok,I have found the plugins.xml file.But still donot know how to disable it.Because the default setting does not contains conference plugin but it is active when spark startup.
