How to do the opposite progress of "native2ascii"?

I came acrooss one question.

Use the command “native2ascii” to change a file from coding in native code to the format of ascii code.

eg: “native2ascii a.ttt b.ttt”

I want to ask how do that back.

how to change a ascii file to native encoding file.
