you may use the Enterprise version, enable Audit Logs or use the I-Ball Chat Auditor - it was discussed here very often so a search would also have answered your question.

May you give me a link for Enterprise version download? I just downloaded this version wildfire_3_1_0_beta.exe.

Is it enterprise version yet?

you just need the Enterprise plugin - download it here: http://server:9090/available-plugins.jsp - and a license for it.
