How to make room such that i can join the any participant without accept request

Hi,

I am using MultiUserChat in which i like to have chat with multiple users. I like to add participant directly in room without accept the request.

I mean i dont want that participant receive request to join the room (Accept or Reject). When i like to add participant then I can directly add them and they can start the chat. Please help me to do this.
