How to prevent users from Adding contacts?

I have a supervisor who wants her people to only be able to contact her.

I have created a group and made her their only contact, but I fear that some savvy user is gonna come along and simply add other reps to their Spark. Any Advice, or is their a way to prevent user from adding contacts?

Hi,

there is the subscription plugin to block subscription requests. But one can start a chat even when a user is not in ones roster. So you may want to use the packet filter.
