Hey Rodrigo,
Follow the Steps for upgrading Jive Messenger to Wildfire[/url] document to upgrade to Wildfire. Once you have Wildfire in place the rest will be automatically upgraded by Wildfire. You can also upgrade the database manually by running the db upgrade scripts manually.
