How to use the translator plugins in Spark?

Hi everyone,

I had downloaded the translator plugins and installed into Spark successfully.

However, when i opened the chat board and chose the translator language choice, the messages could not tranlate and send to the other client.

What kind of problems i had make?

How can i solve the problems?
