Could anyone tell me if HTTPBind is now native in Wildfire, or if we still have to use JabberHTTPBind0.3 ?

Not yet, at least not according to JIRA http://www.jivesoftware.org/issues/browse/JM-356
log in and vote for the issue. hopefully the devs will get around to it soon
HTTPBinding (JM-356) is on the 3.1.0 Roadmap as Matt said:
