I-Ball Auditor has stopped logging

I’'ve been checking the I-Ball auditor logs consistently for the past few days…as of yesterday the logs have been coming up empty when I try to search on that day.

If I do a search for March 27th, 2006 I see entries up to 10:44am…but then nothing after that. I have tried Disabling and then Enabling the auditing to no avail.

When I try to restart the plugin I get:

HTTP ERROR: 500

String index out of range: -1

RequestURI=/plugin-admin.jsp

Powered by Jetty://

But I can restart the other plugins just fine.

I am afraid that I delete the plugin and add it back again that it’'ll mess up the database.

Can anyone provide any assistance as to why the logs would stop recording? Is there a size limit or time limit to how many can be stored?

I’'ve the same issue, Kurt r u there? Please do something

I got exactly the same error

HTTP ERROR: 500

String index out of range: -1

RequestURI=/plugin-admin.jsp

Powered by Jetty://

Using wildfire 2.5.0

and embedded DB

Pandion as clients

Well, it looks like it hadn’'t stopped logging, but that the search function stopped working. I deleted the plugin via the Admin interface, then copied the jar file back in. I was able to go back to the chat log search and see the logged chats.

Still not sure why the Restart function fails though…

I have the same problem, newest i-Ball, Wildfire 2.5.1, and Pandion as clients.

It logged for a few hours then stopped, I can’'t restart or remove the plugin I get the following error…

HTTP ERROR: 500

String index out of range: -1

RequestURI=/plugin-admin.jsp
