Is it possible to ignore a user(s) from having their conversations logged and displayed via the i-Ball plug-in?
I have already tried setting the username in the “Ignore packets from/to users section.
Thanks!

Hey Ty,
I checked the I-Ball code and there is no relation between the audit log and I-Ball. Therefore, you can have the auditing feature disabled and the I-Ball plugin will keep tracing one-to-one and group chat conversations. I tried that configuration and it worked fine. Just make sure that the I-ball service is enabled and it will log to the database every 30 seconds any queued message.

Thanks for the reply. Logging is working great, but there are a couple people within our organization that do not want to be logged (Upper Management).
If there isn’‘t way to acomplish this, that’'s fine. Would be a nice feature though.
Thanks again!
Hey Ty,
You may want to get in contact with the I-Ball developers and let them know your requirements. I-Ball homepage: http://sourceforge.net/projects/iball-auditor.
