I cant export user data

Hi

I’ve used 3.7.0

but i cannot export user data all the plugins was installed successfully

Why i need? Because i need to retrieve username and password of all 160 users registered.

If im going to use PHPMyADMIN to check the username and password this is protected by encryption and i have no idea how to decrypt it.

any idea how to fix it.
