I have 88 groups setup already, Do I need to add two more for Users and Supervisors?

New at this site.

I have Spark messages on all my users’ desktop. I am attempting to limit communications between users to users, they can only Spark their supervisors and managers, not to each other.

There are about 88 different groups setup up already on the Admin Console.

Do I need to add two more groups, I would call it Users, and Supervisors, then add each member to each group that I want to limit communications between each other and allow communications from users to supervisors?
