On first sight, your Openfire instance appears to missing classes. Is this a new installation of Openfire, or is this an installation of Openfire that was updated to newer versions? What version of Openfire are you using?

It is a new installation, the Openfire version is 4.2.1 64 bits

Having the exact same issue with 4.2.3
Brand new Windows PC (Windows 10). Just installed OpenFire on a new install of JRE 10.1 (64bit)

Java 9+ is not yet supported.

Oh thanks!
I wasn’t paying attention and just installed the latest JRE.
