I made spark.exe succesully and installed successfully but

Hello,

I start spark and login with a certain username and password.but It always displayed invalid name or password! I ''m sure the username and password is correct.

Why?anybody can tell me? Is it the installer problem?

Try writing the full jid (user@jabberser.example). Also check the server name for correctness.

But when I use the compiled programe to login,it’'s normal.

Is it possibly the installer problem?

In that case, check if there are any logs and what they say (like, it can’'t find libraries).
