I can not connect to the server with the user an administrator, does not recognize it and I am sure that this is the correct user and password.

are you using LDAP? Do you have a problem with HTTP (web console) or XMPP?
In the database there should be a JIVEUSER table with usernames and encrypted passwords. You could modify your user there and remove the encrypted password and set an unencrypted one.

I’m not using LDAP, my database is MySQL, my user can log in but did not permit me to go to the Web using the console.
