We’‘re now using an updated version of the installer that we hope will fix these types of issues. I made a daily build of the 2.1.3 beta exe yesterday if you’‘d like to try it out – you can find it in the nightly builds. Otherwise, i’'d recommend trying to totally delete the Jive Messenger directory in Program Files before installing again.
