I don’t think this is easily possible.
Well, actually if you have new emoticons it’s quite easy to add them. You will find your emojis in your Spark folder (on Windows) C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Spark\xtra\emoticons. There are png files with emoticons and mappings. If you want you can add your own, but bear in mind that if you want other users to see them, then this users also need to add emoticon pack there. If you have nice self made/open source emoticons pack you can add them on github here to share with others.
Here’s one person who have created a tool to create packs for Spark Spark EmojiOne Emoticon Set
But as Alameyo pointed out, you will have to put that pack on every computer for every Spark to see this emoticons.
