We are currently using Spark with the IM gateway setup to communicate with MSN clients. BTW, it works great. The only issue is the logging of conversations between the spark client and the MSN client. When looking through the logs we find that MSN messages are not logged. Is there a way to log conversations between the two clients on the server?
Are you using the enterprise version of Openfre or Opensource? If opensource what are you using to log conversations and view them?
We are using the OpenSource version. I am not 100% sure on the viewer, but our IS person created a application which allows us to view the logs. So I assume a XML viewe? I would like to have something that works better to view the logs. Could it possibly be the method we are using to view the logs? Looking through the logs I seemed MSN messages where not there.
