Hi,
as I often insert text like “Enterprise Plugin” I do this without adding a link to this plugin and also looking up links to other useful documents usually requires more than one mouse click. As Spark/Fastpath has an option to use canned responses I’d like to do the same here, as some questions really require 0815 answers or links to documents.
