I am unable to send files from spark users to yahoo users…
That is not supported in any version of spark or the IM gateway plugin.
Can u tell me how to achive that one…

There is no way to achieve this short of writing new code, if it is even possible. You would need to use a different client such as Yahoo Messenger, or Pidgin that connect directly to yahoo. If you are going throough teh gateway plugin you cannot do this. There is no secret trick, and no work around.
