Incoming Call -- Popup sticks in top left corner

We have Spark installed on 30+ machines – various versions of Windows and Linux.

With every Windows (2k,XP) user, the “incoming call” popup sticks in the top left hand corner 90% of the time. The only way to clear the message is to drag another window over the top of the screen. Java is updated on all machines.

Is there a fix for this? This only occurs with “incoming call” notifications – IM works fine.

Almost same problem here on Linux with dual-screen-setup (2 lcds). The popup comes up on he left screen.

But on Windows no problems here (as I know) from our users.

There must be a way to set the window-position…

We also have this exact same problem on various WindowsXP and Windows2000 boxes…

I am using dual screens in Linux as well, however I do not have any issues. Popup comes up in the bottom left and disappears as expected.

However, Windows is screwed up 90% of the time.
