I am a new user, I installed Wildfire and Spark. I also have a linux jabber server running currently. I added 2 users through the admin module and when each try to chat with each other, it says they are not on line. I tried to add contacts from my linux jabber server and it says they are also not on line.

Both servers are in my dmz and I have added both entries to hosts file.

If I am logged into the Wildfire, It does not send general message to online users either

ANy suggestions?

In order to see people as online they need to be inside of eachother’'s contact list. This can be acomplished in two ways they can add eachother manually or you can add them to a shared group through the Wildfire admin interface.
