Hello, I have been having some problems getting openfire to work. I have installed openfire on my 2008 Windows Server. All my IP’s here at my business are static, there is no DHCP server.

After installation, the openfire dialog box says the admin console is listening. After I press “launch admin console” the internet browser just says “website found, waiting for reply” and times out. I personally think that maybe changing the ip that it listens on to the actual ip of the server would make a difference, and I have taken a look at the openfire.xml and I am not sure where to edit the IP address. I see where it says interface and network, but I don’t specifically know where to input the server’s ip address. I am also aware that this might not even be the problem, so any help that could be shed would be amazing. Thank you for your time.
