Installation snafu

I just installed OF 3.6.4 on a Windows machine. I picked the embedded DB and users-stored-in-database (not AD, etc.) options in order to get up and running quickly.

The problem I’m having is that, regardless of what I set the admin password to, I’m unable to login using the admin ID and PW. I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times, to no avail.

Any ideas?

did you restart openfire server after the install and config?
