Internationalizing all plugins

I would like to help on internacionalizing all the plugins. First the easy part, I can do the translations for spanish for those who doesn’t have it.

Then I can help coding the ones that does not have i18n. I attach the spanish version of motd (tested), if is merged I will continue with others, just need a pointer of how can I submit the diffs or new files.

Your best bet at the moment is to email matt at jivesoftware.com and gato at jivesoftware.com with your diffs. Either that or ask for SVN access from them.
