How come there is no IP ban in openfire!?
I cant understand it. Maybe sombody have any plugins to do that?
Hey Michael,
In the admin console you can go to the Registration & Login page and set the list of IP addresses allowed to connect to the server. You can also use a firewall if you need to prevent certain IP address from being able to log to the server.

Yes i know that but i just like to ban few unique ip`s.
Firewall is not so good cause i need root account.

It would be possible to write a plugin or tweak Nate’s Packet Filter Plugin that could “blacklist” specified ip’s.
