Is a toast popup possible for new chat requests?

I asked this question as part of an e-mail to Jive Software, but after finding these forums this is probably the better place to ask it.

Basically, the toast popups in Spark are great and they work well for general communication over Wildfire.

However, what we’'re looking for is a way to get toast popups for customer chat requests through Fastpath.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if not, can we make a feature request?

Great idea. I’'ve gone ahead and filed ENT-77 to add this as a preference in future releases of Fastpath.
