Is it possible to route a file transfer to all users of the same JID?

We are trying to use plain old pidgin to transfer a file to all users with the same JID as part of a programming competition. Now, I know that route.all-resources true will allow us to send messages to all users with the same priority level, but we were hoping that the same was true with file transfer.

So, is it possible to do a file transfer to all users of the same JID and priority, but with different resources (obviously) at the same time? And if so, how?
