I’ve been testing a deployment of Openfire with Spark and the one question I keep getting is whether there’s a setting so that the sender can have some visual cue as to whether the receiver is replying/typing. Is there a setting in Openfire or Spark that will allow this?
Yes, you are notified when they are typing something.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve been searching and searching for some indicator that the user is replying and I finally discovered the very inconspicuous icon on the tab that turns to a thought buble with a pencil on it. Yikes that’s small! It’ll do though, thanks!
