Is there a way to collect all incoming and outgoing XMPP stanzas

Many XMPP client have a “XML Console” feature, that shows every stanzas that’s been send between the client and the server.

Is this also available on openfires side? Something like debug.log but with just the plain stanzas that openfire receives and send would be nice for various reasons.

Is message auditing ? You can configure it on admin console.
