Is there any shutdown hook for Openfire & plugins?

Scenario is like this:

1.When the admin shuts down or restarts the Openfire service,my plugin wants to know this event.

2.I want to do some serialization in my plugin on Openfire shutdown.

3.Is this behavior of shutdown hook provided by destroyPlugin()?

So how does Openfire conveys the shutdown event to the plugins?
