Hi, we have openfire set to AD authenitication against a Server 2008 AD server. I have been able to log into the admin interface till I changed my username in the AD server, now I can log into chat, but not into the admin side, but I am set as a Domian Admin on the AD Server, and the only thing that has changed is my username. How can I get this fixed so can get into the admin side?
when I delete both ad acounts and recreate both, the old one can get in, but the new one can’t, I log into the admin side as old one, but can’t set new one to admin as since its on AD authenitication we can’t edit the users from within the admin interface. How can I make the new user admin? both accounts are part of the same exact groups
