Hey robert,

How are you importing your certificate? Are you trying to import a certificate created outside of Wildfire? Do you need to import a private key, the signed certificate and the certificates of the CA? You may want to use the import-certificate.jsp to import a private key and a signed certificate. That page is not accessible from any menu option so you will have to type the URL by yourself.

Regards,

– Gato
