JBroadcast - broadcast to online users only

Hi. I’'ve created a new Openfire plugin called JBroadcast. It is based on the original Broadcast plugin, but with two small changes:

  1. Broadcasts is sent only to online users (and not DND).

  2. Broadcasts is sent “from the group” so replying will also broadcast to that group.
