Jingle nodes plugin problem on Openfire 3.9.1

Hello,

looking at the jingle node status on admin console it gives me this status:

Jingle Nodes Requires a Public IP for Internet Calling. Public IP Found: none

but I have already set a valid workign public IP

I also set it in Override public IP

any hints about this problem ?

Hi,

the same happens to me since 3.8.2 no way to have a positive check even if I do have a positive public ip check using rayo plugin.

I have the same problem. Trying for almost a month but cannot resolve it. I have a static IP .

Is there a way to get the Jingle Nodes plugin back to work?

Hello again,

just saw that the plugin was updated 3 days ago.

I’ve updated it also on my server but I still get the same error

"Jingle Nodes Requires a Public IP for Internet Calling. Public IP Found: none"

The UDP ports are open but still, the plugin doesn’t seem to work.

Any ideas?

I have put a note on this thread Jingle nodes plugin that discusses some of these issues and has a link to a temporary workaround jar that exposes a lot more settings.
