I did look at some issues and the work log is usually empty. It would be nice if the subversion plugin would work again. So every commit which includes the issue number would be mentioned in JIRA.

Ask and you shall receive. I reconfigured JIRA to talk to Fisheye, thus providing a link to diffs for commits matching the current issue ID.
