My second question after searching throught this website is i noticed that Jive Messanger supports autentication throught LDAP but never mentioned anything about Active Directory. Does Jive Messanger provide autentication throught Active Directory is my question? Thank You.

AD supports LDAP, so yes, Jive Messenger will work with AD when using LDAP.
