how can a chat log data base.?? for example mysql.??

Yes. Jive Messenger allows you to log the conversation of a Mult-User Chat room to a database. Jive Messenger supports several databases such us: MySQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, SQLServer2000, etc.

This functionality will be available in the next release which will be available in a couple of weeks.
