A user to an existing group in the active directory is displayed without problem in spark.
By cons, if I created a new group and I put the new user in, I see neither the user nor the group.
I tried many things but without success.
Note that I do not have access to the admin console Openfire … My colleague is away until January.
Openfire 3.6.4 and Spark 2.6.3
