LDAP and User names

The usernames at my company are all generic like… User3254, User4543 etc. We’'re using the Pandion client and when we add people to our lists (not using the optional forced grouping) they are listed by that username ala User3245@ourjabberserver vs. Caleb M White

Is this a function of Jive that presents that as the default or the client? When I pull up userlist in the admin console I get a table of userid’‘s and real names so I know it’'s available . Is there a way to change this default behavior?

I don’'t get that behavior with my clients. Seems like Pandion presents the JID by default instead of the Name attribute? If the name shows up in the AC then clearly the LDAP linkage is working properly.
