LDAP Auth and Email address login

Hi,

I am using Wildfire 2.5.1 with LDAP Auth and using ‘‘uid’’ as the usernameField. What I would like to be able to do is use email addresses as the login (IE allow ‘‘mail’’ as the usernameField).

The problem is, that even though my jabber domain is the same as my email domain, the search always drops the jabber domain off the login when looking for the user.

Can anyone let me know how I can work around this to maybe use the whole user@jabberdomain as the userid?
