So I was doing my daily look at Planet Jabber (http://planet.jabber.org) and came across an idea I had a while back with regards to URL history. This simple feature would allow for you to reference all the URL’'s that have been sent to you within x number of days. I am always looking through my Chat History for links and just thought it would be nice to have them organized.

Now, although I really hate it when I find out my idea(s) are not original, I still think it would be nice feature to have. What do you feel about it?

Hi Derek,

I like this feature, there are other IM which also support it, but I usually don’‘t use it. And if I use it then for received URL’'s and not for sent ones.

This indeed would be very useful. Or even the ability to maybe flag important parts of conversations also would be very useful.
