New lock out feature is great…I gave it a short test. Some suggestions to make it really useful:

if a User is locked out, nowhere is displayed how long this user will be locked out.

ok, I could take my calculator and compute how many minutes are two weeks, but what about a drop down box for minutes, hours, days, weeks an months in combination with an number input field? Would be a bit easier…
Edit: Lock time is shown in the “Security Audit Viewer”, but I would find it more reasonable to show this in user-lockout page.
Hi coolcat! For the first one, the start and end time is shown when you go into the admin console, choose the user, and go to lockout. Is that not what you are looking for?

times are identically!

Yeah, exact same bug. =) Will get it fixed in 3.5.1.
