Is there any way to log a user’'s conversation?

it is possible to log the conversation of all users, you can configure this using the web console on page /audit-policy.jsp .
You want to log it on server side, don’'t you? The client Spark does also write a chat log.

Where is this i-ball chat plugin you speak of?
Whats the difference between that and the auditing that is included? Or are they basically the same thing?
