I created a user in our Active Directory under the Users OU. Installed Open Fire and configured. Installed Spark on my computer and successfully logged in. However, I created another sub OU under users and moved my account on that OU. The issue is, I am getting the error “Invalid Username or Password.” When I moved back my account under the Users’ OU, the login worked. It seems when I moved my account out of the Users OU, the login don’t work. Please help.
