Perhaps I am an idiot but, I am running a mamp server to test a project. I installed the openfire server using the mysql server in MAMP. After install I login to the admin panel with username admin and the password selected at install and I get the login failed message. Seriously what am I missing here? Thanks.
try to kill the openfire process on the terminal.
Then try to go back to the admin panel and log in. Also make sure ur db started.
