Make help image transparent

Hi,

I wonder how old this problem is, I did notice it yesterday the first time. On this page http://www.jivesoftware.org/community/thread.jspa?threadID=19906 (or every other thread) is a “Legend” with this Help[/b] icon http://www.jivesoftware.org/community/images/help-16x16.gif

For me, using FireFox and a bad TFT the Legend has a grey background while the help image has a white one. This really looks ugly.
