I just installed openfire and configured it and have all my clients talking thru it just fine. I downloaded the 30 day eval for the enterprise because we need to have message archiving. It is enabled and it appears to be working, but when you click on the conversations or try to download them in pdf style, they show up blank with no messages in the conversations. I cannot see any errors anywhere. Can i get some help with this? I would really like to make sure this function works the way we want before i can try to convince my boss to purchase it.
Also i when clicking on some of the conversations i just get a popup box that has a “0” (thats a zero) in it.
