Message encryption

Hi,

We are have configured Openfire with Spark desktop clint in our office. If users are having chat with each other using message encryption it is showing junk Characters in Archival Reports. is there any option to view those conversations or block Message encryption chat.

Is it possible to view encrvpted OTR conversation in archival report.
